Karen Jolley
Associate Judge
Ontario Superior Court of Justice
Prior to Karen’s appointment as judge, she was a partner in a Toronto litigation firm where she practised commercial litigation and administrative law and appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and in the Supreme Court of Canada. Karen has been an advocate for Canadian fashion designers throughout her career.
She joined the Board of Directors of TFI in 2017 and was elected as Chair of the Board in 2021. She considers it a privilege to be able to work with leaders of Canadian fashion and to support and promote existing and up-and-coming Canadian design.

A prominent member of the Canadian fashion industry, Roger is regarded as an effective, strategic, and progressive fashion retail innovator. His career encapsulates every corner of the industry; sales, marketing, operations, merchandising, product development, procurement and sourcing but it is his integrity that ensures that his deliverables drive sustainability, are ethical in sourcing and inclusive to all.
Roger believes that, “To be successful in fashion retail you need to be able to react to and anticipate change, but to be a true leader in fashion retail, you must indeed invent change!".

Susan is a Toronto-born, third-generation Canadian, who was made a Member of the Order of Canada for positively impacting Canada's culture and economy. In 1994, Langdon was appointed to TFI as the first racialized woman to hold a leadership role in the Canadian fashion industry.
Throughout her career as a fashion entrepreneur, Susan has received much acclaim, including the Fashion Canada Award, Concours Design Award, City of Toronto Industry Achievement Award, Toronto Metropolitan University Alumni Award of Distinction, International Woolmark Award of Distinction, The JoAnna Townsend International Export Award, Icons of Empowerment Award and Fashion Group International’s Fashion Visionary Award.

Alan Anderson is Canada's definitive designer of couture costume jewellery. Alan's exuberant designs have adorned eclebrities, and red carpets, but are all handmade in his atelier in the historic Edward Blake house, on Jarvis Street in Toronto.
Jewels By Alan Anderson is a couture Jewellery house, creating one of a kind statement creations.
Izzy Camilleri

Born in Toronto, Izzy's fascination with fashion began during childhood and seamlessly transformed into a thriving career. The journey commenced in 1984 when the Izzy Camilleri brand was established. Over time, diverse collections took form, not only under her own label but also in collaboration with other brands. Her latest work involves creating clothing for individuals living with physical disabilities. Moreover, Izzy also services the film industry with custom wardrobing.
IZ Adaptive, a clothing line for people living with a physical disabilities, was launched in 2009. The brand sells online to customers globally.

George draws on his experience in strategic planning, market development and negotiations in support of emerging designers and the development of the fashion industry in Toronto.
Kristy Wieber
Consultant
Kristy is a recognized entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience as co-founder and president of a pioneering, award-winning start-up. She built the first fashion rental service in Canada, starting in a basement with one intern, into an omni-channel retail disrupterthrough lean practices, an exceptional customer experience and engaging company culture.
Currently consulting and advising to both start-ups and established retailers with a goal of improving the customer experience, elevating e-commerce, streamlining operations, cultivating positive workplace culture, and fostering thoughtful leadership.
